Delhi is the under appreciated capital of India. Unlike most major capitals, it doesn't gather much in the way of coverage for arts, night life, food, and otherwise.
However things are picking up now
You now have the metro,Flyovers, Malls and all the jazzi stuff of Modern Indian life that make Delhi truly Cosmopolitan and aWorld class.
Its wide roads (perhaps the envy of most other Indian Cities), the vast patches of greenery, the gardens, (Lodhi,Buddha,Nehru parks) and numerous nurseries and rose gardens (why, it also has a 'DEER' park !!) truly make it a great place to live.
